Achievements

Track all 42 achievements and required legendary equipment in progression order.

Roundtable Hold: Be invited to Roundtable Hold by Melina, either after defeating Margit or by resting at a grace outside of Limgrave and Weeping Peninsula.
Great Rune: Restore the power of a Great Rune at the top of its divine tower.
God-Slaying Armament: Upgrade any weapon to max level (Somber +10, Regular +25). Somber weapons can be done sooner by using the Pureblood Knight's Medal to access Mohgwyn's Palace early. Otherwise, you'll likely finish during the Consecrated Snowfields or Farum Azula, where you get the remaining Smithing 8's.
Erdtree Aflame: Talk to Melina while resting at the Forge of the Giants grace and tell her that you're ready to burn the Erdtree. If you bear the frenzied flame, listen to the sounds of flame.
MISSABLE - Legendary Armaments: Collect all legendary weapons to obtain.
Legendary Ashen Remains: Collect all legendary ashes to obtain.
Legendary Sorceries and Incantations: Collect all legendary spells to obtain.
Legendary Talismans: Collect all legendary talismans to obtain.
Elden Ring: Obtain all achievements.

Shardbearer Godrick: Kill Godrick at the end of Stormveil Castle.
Shardbearer Radahn: Kill Radahn in the Wailing Dunes (accessible from Redmane Castle).
Shardbearer Morgott: Kill Morgott at the end of Leyndell, Royal Capital.
Shardbearer Rykard: Kill Rykard in Volcano Manor.
Shardbearer Mohg: Kill Mohg at the top of Mohwgyn Palace.
Shardbearer Malenia: Kill Malenia at the bottom of Elphael.

Elden Lord: After beating the final boss, touch the fractured Marika and mend the Elden Ring, or use any of the mending runes.
Age of the Stars: Complete Ranni's questline, then use her summon sign after beating the final boss.
Lord of Frenzied Flame: Inherit the frenzied flame, then after beating the final boss, touch the fractured Marika to become the Lord of Frenzied Flame.

Grafted Blade Greatsword: Kill Leonine Misbegotten at the end of Castle Morne.
Sword of Night and Flame: Found in a chest in Caria Manor.
Ruins Greatsword: Kill the Misbegotten Warrior & Crucible Knight in Redmane Castle.
Dark Moon Greatsword: Awarded upon completing Ranni's questline.
Marais Executioner's Sword: Kill Elemer of the Briar in The Shaded Castle.
MISSABLE - Bolt of Gransax: On top of the giant spear in Leyndell.
Eclipse Shotel: Found inside Church of the Eclipse in Castle Sol.
Golden Order Greatsword: Kill the Misbegotten Crusader in Cave of the Forlorn.
Devourer's Scepter: Defeat Bernahl's invasion on a bridge in Crumbling Farum Azula. (It'll also drop if you kill him at Warmaster's Shack, though not recommended.)

Lhutel the Headless: Kill the Cemetery Shade in Tombsward Catacombs.
Mimic Tear Ashes: In a chest behind an imp seal in Night's Sacred Ground.
Black Knife Tiche: Kill Black Knife Ringleader Alecto in Ringleader's Evergaol.
Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff: Kill the Ancient Hero of Zamor in Sainted Hero's Grave.
Redmane Knight Ogha: Kill the Putrid Tree Spirit in War-Dead Catacombs.
Cleanrot Knight Finlay: Found in a chest near a gazebo in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.

Flame of the Fell God: Kill Adan, Thief of fire in Malefactor's Evergaol.
Greyoll's Roar: Purchase from the Cathedral of Dragon Communion after slaying Greyoll.
Elden Stars: Found at the end of the room with several large-bellied ants in Deeproot Depths.
Ranni's Dark Moon: In a chest at the top of Chelona's Rise.
Comet Azur: Interact with Primeval Sorcerer Azur near Hermit Village.
Stars of Ruin: Interact with Primeval Sorcerer Lusat in Sellia Hideaway.
Founding Rain of Stars: In a chest at the top of Heretical Rise, accessed from an invisible bridge.

Radagon Icon: In a chest on the second floor of Debate Parlor in Academy of Raya Lucaria.
Radagon's Soreseal: Found on the innermost corpse in Fort Faroth, past some rats.
Moon of Nokstella: In a chest in the top building in Nokstella, Eternal City.
Godfrey Icon: Kill Godefroy in the Golden Lineage Evergaol.
Marika's Soreseal: In a room on the ground section in Elphael.
Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman: In a chest on the upper ledge of a room with multiple Kindreds of Rot in Elphael.
Old Lord's Talisman: In a chest at the end of the bridge where Bernahl invades you in Crumbling Farum Azula.
Erdtree's Favor +2: On a root guarded by three Ulcerated Tree Spirits in Leyndell, Ashen Capital.
